Background

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Pasadena, California. My work is driven by a deep curiosity about people and a commitment to supporting them in meaningful ways.

Before opening my private practice, I gained valuable experience working with diverse clients at Caring Connected, a group practice, and Counseling West, a community mental health clinic. I earned my MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles, in 2020. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in documentary film production, where I developed a deep appreciation for human stories and experiences.

Therapy has been a transformative tool in my own life, and I bring the insights and approaches I've gained from my experiences and training into my practice. This understanding allows me to effectively support individuals, teens, and couples as they navigate challenges related to communication, intimacy, boundaries, self-esteem, attachment wounds, life transitions, and family dynamics.

My approach fosters a safe, relational, and depth-oriented environment where clients can explore their inner worlds and discover paths to empowerment and agency.
