Background

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Pasadena, California. I hold an MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles and a BA in Film Studies from Wesleyan University (Middletown, CT). Before becoming a therapist, I worked in documentary film production, where I loved delving into people’s stories.

My clinical experience includes working in group practices and community clinics, providing therapy to adults, teens, and couples from diverse backgrounds. I have specialized training in psychodynamic, depth-oriented, and trauma-informed care and am currently enrolled in the Clinicians Program at the C.G. Jung Institute of Los Angeles.

My approach is grounded in relational, attachment-based, Jungian, and humanistic frameworks. Therapy is a collaborative process that honors where you are while supporting you in moving toward where you want to be. I’m drawn to the moments when something new emerges or something unexpected begins to take shape. I bring a steady, thoughtful presence to help you explore those shifts with curiosity. I work with clients navigating complex trauma, relationships and intimacy, life transitions, and questions of self-esteem, identity, and meaning.
