Many of my clients enter therapy when old patterns that once felt necessary start to feel constraining. This might come to our attention in the form of anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or a sense that something’s missing.

Therapy is a way to tune into yourself more deeply so you can respond to life from a place of choice rather than habit. One of my favorite parts of this work is witnessing the shift from second-guessing to inner knowing.

It's often said that what we avoid feeling is what we most need to face in order to heal. Together, we uncover what’s asking to be recognized, understood, and lived. Not what’s expected. Not what’s familiar. What’s true.
